Rick has an excellent delivery style that effectively communicates the source material and develops stimulating interaction among the participants.  Educational services are provided through an instructional coaching methodology that Rick first developed while teaching and developing coursework in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Automatic Identification at Purdue University.  He's expanded upon this methodology over the years by creating technical documentation, developing junior consultants, solution selling enterprise systems, and working with various sports and business teams.
