Google Apps Senior Product Marketing Manager released a 30 minute conference presentation on the innovations within the Google Apps Premier Edition for the 2009 calendar year.  It's amazing to reflect back on how much product innovation occurred - and the best part about this innovation is that there were zero efforts on the user to upgrade servers or computers - innovation was developed and implemented by Google, the user simply logged in and benefited - truly how computing should be and the greatest benefit of cloud computing - the ability to focus on the core of your business and not the technology that runs it!
